- Name, email address, phone number and company name (via contact forms)
- Business and shipment information provided to us to process customs declarations
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via analytics)

- Respond to enquiries and provide our customs declaration services
- Submit declarations to HMRC on your behalf
- Comply with legal obligations under UK customs law

5. Data Retention
We retain customs declaration records for a minimum of 4 years as required by HMRC. General enquiry data is deleted after 12 months.
6. Third Parties
We share data with HMRC as required for customs processing. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use Google reCAPTCHA (subject to Google's Privacy Policy) to protect our forms.
